SodaPop Cool is operated as a sole proprietorship by David Robel, based in California ("SodaPop Cool," "we," "us," or "our"). If you ever have a privacy question, email Support@SodaPopCool.com — a real person will answer.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, sign up for our emails or texts, or contact us, you may share your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, order details, and anything you write to us. Your payment card details go straight to our payment processor — we don't see or store your full card number.

Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, when you visit we automatically pick up some technical details: your device and browser type, IP address, the pages you view, and how you got to us. We gather this through cookies and similar technologies (more on those below) and through analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Information from partners. We may receive information from the services that help us run the shop — our e-commerce platform, payment processors, and fulfillment partner — for example, confirmation that a payment went through or that an order shipped.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

process, make, and ship your orders, and keep you posted on them;
provide customer support and handle returns or exchanges;
send you marketing emails or texts if you've opted in (and you can opt out anytime);

Our fulfillment partner, which prints and ships your made-to-order items and therefore needs your name and shipping address;

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards — and rely on reputable platforms and payment processors — to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, though, so we can't promise absolute security.

Children's privacy

The Site isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we'll delete it.
